  • For final construction budgets, we receive bids from multiple subcontractors in each trade, so you can be assured you’re getting a fair price for quality work. You can see where every dollar you spend goes. If you have a favorite electrician or plumber, they can absolutely bid! They just need to carry worker’s comp insurance and liability insurance.

  • Repurpose, Reuse, Recycle. On every project, we work with you to determine what can be saved and reused. Can we re-use the existing HVAC? Yes! We’ll add the extra tonnage you need. Those beams? Beautiful, let’s work them in. You love Grandma’s vintage sofa? It’s important to you, so it’s important to us, too.

  • Already have a GC? That’s cool, too. As much as we love building, we’re happy to provide architecture and interior design services if you’re all set on the build side. Your builder will love our drawings as we make them very builder-friendly.
