If you like your tunes while you exercise, chances are you’ve heard of Yurbuds. A home-grown company that designs sport earphones, Yurbuds asked us to design their new contemporary space when they moved out of a small-business incubator and into the spectacularly renovated Cupples 9. Our team had to accomodate a variety of work areas, including collaboration areas, one-person soundproof rooms, and bullpen-style seating for salespeople.
Yurbuds likes to entertain, so we designed the kitchen, adjacent lounge area and conference room (with pivoting, stacking glass walls) that overlook Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals.
